Shipping policy
As a small business, my racks are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for items to ship, plus shipping time to your location. (I’ll try to get them out sooner than that)
Installation
As many of the new trucks no longer have holes inside the bed of the truck that align with the stake pockets, I recommend drilling a hole on each side of the box so you can install a bolt and washer that I include in the package. I have threaded holes on the inside of the stake pocket legs for these bolts. The bolts will a. help reduce theft of the rack, and b. fasten the rack to your truck so it doesn’t fly off in the case of an accident. These bolts are in an easy location to remove so you can remove the rack to load tall items.
US Shipping
I offer Free DDP (deliver duty paid) shipping to the Continental United States. Your order value at checkout includes any applicable duty and tariffs.
Although I cover the costs to import, UPS and Fedex may require additional information from customers when clearing packages. If additional customer information is required by US Customs; UPS or Fedex will reach out to you directly.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have nominal shipping fees for delivery.
Canadian Shipping
I offer Free shipping to most regions in Canada. All Canadian orders ship from Canada, and therefor there are no Duty, Tariffs or border fees.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom products are final sale.
Shipping costs to return any products is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is accepted and you have been issued an RMA number, we will help facilitate a return by providing a return label. The cost of the label and restocking fee will be deducted from the final return value.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
1. We will not accept any products that have been used or installed.
2. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, with all components included.
3. The product must be returned in its original packaging and material to protect the product during return transit.
NOTE: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the returned product is received, inspected and confirmed to be in new, unused condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their return product meets our minimum requirements to be eligible for a refund. Items sent back without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted, no exceptions.
Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for us to review, approve, and process your refund. Once processed, please allow 3-5 days for the return payment to post on your account, this depends on your financial institution. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
Always open and inspect your package(s) upon delivery to ensure your product is correct, complete, and not damaged in transit (try it on your truck to make sure it’s the correct model). If you discover your product was damaged during transit, or you believe you are missing or have the wrong components, please contact us immediately at daytonarack@gmail.com so we can work with you to make it right. Please include images of the damaged product, your order number and details about the product and any damages.
LIABILITY
All liability for installation and use of any of our products rests with the owner. Installation, maintenance, and operation can result in serious injury or death as well as equipment or vehicle damage. Use any of our products at your own risk.
